Above The Law
Reforming the Police
Above The Law
Above the Law is a 5 year independent investigation into 12 Police Forces, representing 40% of police officers and their Police Watchdog, The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
We are proposing policing centred around people where police complaints move away from state control because our evidence shows they cannot police themselves. People from the private sector would lead cases on 3-5 year contracts before returning to their employer to avoid state capture.
With the publication of the Police Reform White Paper 'the most significant change to policing in 200 years' we believe now is the time for those affected by poor policing to have their say.
